Angle Iron

Angle iron is exactly what it sounds like, steel in various thicknesses formed into an “L” shape to create a very strong, light weight and versatile shape of steel. Used for everything from a simple picture frame to brick ledge used to hold up brick walls. Angle iron is measured by each leg length and the thickness of those legs. We stock many sizes of even leg and odd leg angle iron, they come in 20′ lengths and is easily cut and drilled.

Channel Iron Bars

Channel iron is a common shape of steel that is formed into a “C” to create a strong shape of steel, used in fabrication of Trailers, Stair Stringers, ornamental iron, and building construction. Channel iron is a great choice for your project, if you are looking for superior strength and weight or space is a concern. Smaller Channel iron is measured by the longest side the leg length and the average thickness, larger channel iron is measured by the longest side and the weight per liner foot. We stock many sizes of Channel iron, they come in 20 lengths and is easily cut with a Chop saw or bandsaw.

Flat Bar

Flat bars are formed in many thicknesses and widths, always in a rectangular shape. Flat bar is a common choice for fabrication it can be used for making mounting tabs, baseplates, decorative trim, railings, structural stiffeners, lock bars, artwork, and fencing, it is measured by the thickness and the width of each piece. Flat bar comes in 20′ lengths and is easily cut, shaped and drilled.

Solid Round Bar

Solid round bar are measured by the outside diameter. Ranging in sizes from 1/8” diameter all the way to 12” diameter. We stock the most common sizes of each shape. Solid bars can be used in many different metal fabrication projects where weight is not a concern, security doors, ornamental iron projects, wrought iron designs, metal art, and signage. Hot rolled solid bars come in 20’ lengths, Cold rolled solid bars will come in 12’ and 20’ lengths depending on size of the solid bar.

Solid Square Bar

Solid square bars are measured by each side of the square bar. Ranging in sizes from 1/8” diameter all the way to 12” diameter. We stock the most common sizes of each shape. Solid bars can be used in many different metal fabrication projects where weight is not a concern, security doors, ornamental iron projects, wrought iron designs, metal art, and signage. Hot rolled solid bars come in 20’ lengths, Cold rolled solid bars will come in 12’ and 20’ lengths depending on size of the solid bar.
